For every Application (G' or GO') there will be a similar Thread in the particular Forum (G' Intern or GO' Intern).
In those Threads you can vote for or against the candidate and discuss about his joining. Those Forums are intern, so none, except G's can read what you are saying about the candidates.
I anticipate from every G' (GO' aswell) to vote on new applications. It's a simple click on a button... Doesn't hurt and wont take too much time.
